Hello everyone!

Thank you for choosing to serve at this year’s All‑Abilities Easter Egg Hunt. This event has been a meaningful Southbrook tradition for many years, and your willingness to welcome and support our special‑needs community makes a huge impact. Our mission is simple: connect with families and show God’s love—whether you’re chatting with parents, helping with crafts, or greeting families as they arrive.

In addition to registering below, please sign up for your preferred role by Sunday, March 22 using the LINK. Review the descriptions and add your name to your selected role.   (If you have any trouble opening the attachment, please contact Holly Brown - hbrown@southbrook.church)

Teams serving in games or crafts will receive additional instructions beforehand.

Event Day Schedule – Saturday, March 28

10:00 AM – Arrival.  Check in at the KIDS Ministry area (K3 classroom) to pick up your supply bin labeled with your role. 

11:15 AM – Volunteer Lunch and Prayer

11:45 AM – Family Check‑In Opens

12:00 / 1:00 / 2:00 – Timeslots 1–3. (12pm is for families with special needs children)

 2:45 PM – Begin Cleanup

 3:00 PM – Event Ends

After the Event

Rest, hydrate, and celebrate a great day of loving our community! Snacks will be available for volunteers in Meeting Room 4 throughout the event, and you’re welcome to rotate breaks as needed.
